Screens and AV for Offices in Business Bay

Business Bay is office towers and hotels along the canal, so most of our work here is inside the building: meeting room screens, reception LED walls, video walls and sound. We plan every job around the tower's building management, access and working hours.

Meeting Rooms That Work First Time

A meeting room needs a screen sized for the back seat, clear sound and one cable or wireless connection that every visitor understands. For rooms where people sit within two metres, fine-pitch LED (P1.2 to P1.5) or a large commercial display works better than a projector.

We fix the screen, run the cabling inside the wall or a floor box, and set up the speakers and microphones with the screen so video calls are clear.

Reception and Lobby Walls

A reception LED wall carries the brand and visitor messages. P1.9 to P2.5 suits most reception areas, with front-service cabinets so the wall can sit flat against the building wall.

Working in an Occupied Tower

Towers usually ask for a work permit, insurance and a method statement before contractors start, and limit noisy work to set hours. We prepare the paperwork, book the service lift and can work nights and weekends so your office keeps running.

Approvals Handled by Us

We handle the approvals ourselves: RTA, Municipality and any other government approval a screen needs, when one is required. The agency or government fee is charged on top, at cost, exactly as the agency or government sets it.

Pixel Pitch Guide

Rule of thumb: the closest comfortable viewing distance in metres is about the pixel pitch in millimetres. If people need to read small text or see fine detail, plan for two to three times that distance.

Questions From Business Bay Clients

Can you install in our office after working hours?

Yes. The company works 24/7, so we plan noisy work for evenings or weekends with your building management.

LED or a large display for our boardroom?

For a very large screen with no joins, fine-pitch LED. For a smaller room on a tighter budget, a large commercial display. We quote both if it helps you compare.

Do you prepare the papers building management asks for?

Yes. We prepare method statements and the documents the tower requests before work starts.
