Speaker and Audio Installation

Speaker and audio installation covers the sound side of a room: ceiling and wall speakers, amplifiers, microphones, background music and paging. We install audio for hotels, offices, retail, restaurants and halls, often alongside the screens, so picture and sound are planned together.

Speaker and Audio Installation

Where We Install Speakers and Audio

Typical projects we plan and install.

Retail and Restaurants

Background music in zones, with volume set per area.

Hotels

Lobby music, ballroom sound and paging.

Meeting Rooms

Speakers and microphones that make video calls clear.

Halls and Venues

Speech and music sound for events and presentations.

Zones, Speakers and Amplifiers

Start with zones: which areas need their own music or volume. Each zone gets its own amplifier channel and control.

Ceiling speakers give even sound in shops, offices and corridors. Wall speakers or column speakers suit halls and rooms with high ceilings.

Large buildings often use 100V line systems, which run many speakers over long cable distances from one amplifier. Small rooms use standard low-impedance speakers.

Before We Quote

  • Photos or a drawing of the wall, ceiling or room
  • Rough size and where people will sit or stand
  • Where power and data are today
  • When the site is free for installation

    Balanced, tested and handed over.

Questions About Speakers and Audio

Can you add speakers to an existing ceiling?

Usually, yes. Ceiling speakers fit into a round cut-out in the tile or gypsum, and we run cables above the ceiling.

Can music play in different areas at different volumes?

Yes. We set up zones so each area has its own source and volume.

Do you install audio with screens?

Yes. Many of our projects combine screens and sound, for example meeting rooms, lobbies and halls.

Can the system make announcements?

Yes. A paging microphone or a pre-recorded message can play over all zones or selected zones.
