How Event LED Rental Works
Rental LED uses lightweight cabinets with quick locks, usually 500 x 500 mm or 500 x 1000 mm, so a wall can be built on a ground stack or flown from truss in a few hours and taken down just as fast.
Indoor events usually use P2.6 to P3.9; outdoor stages use brighter P3.9 to P4.8 cabinets that can handle sun and light rain. We choose by the distance to the first row and the venue light.
Our crew builds the wall, connects your laptops and cameras through a video switcher, runs the screen during the show and takes it down after, so you deal with one team from quote to clear-out.

Questions About LED Rental
How much notice do you need for LED rental?
As much as you can give, especially in the busy event season. Share the date, venue and screen size and we confirm availability.
Do you provide an operator during the event?
Yes. A technician stays on site to run content and switch between laptops, cameras and videos.
Can a rental LED screen be used outdoors?
Yes, with outdoor-rated cabinets, a stable ground stack or truss with ballast, and a plan for wind and weather.
Can you rent LED screens outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver across all seven emirates and the GCC, and further on request.
Can we rent LED posters as well as walls?
Yes. Portable LED posters suit entrances, registration and stands, and can be linked into a wider screen.
