This policy explains what Grand Encore Electronics Trading L.L.C ("Grand Encore", "we") collects through grandencore.ae and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you send the quote form, the call back form, the chat or the mockup tool, we receive your name and phone number, and, if you add them, your email, company, the service you chose, your message or chat transcript, and the mockup picture you chose to send. We also receive the page you sent it from, the page language, the website that referred you, and campaign codes in the link you followed (such as utm_source or gclid). When you tap a call or WhatsApp button, we record that tap with the same page and campaign details, without your number. Photos you open in the mockup tool stay in your browser unless you press Send.

How We Use It

We use these details only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, arrange a site survey and support your project. We do not sell your details.

Analytics and Advertising

If enabled, this site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our adverts. These tools may set cookies. You can block them in your browser settings.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and as required by UAE law.
