TV Installation and LED Screens in Downtown Dubai

Downtown Dubai means finished residences, hotels and luxury retail, where a screen has to look built in. We install TVs with concealed cabling and motorized mounts, and fine-pitch LED for shops and lobbies, working carefully around expensive finishes and strict building rules.

Screens That Look Built In

In a finished apartment the cables are the first thing people notice. We plan power and HDMI behind the screen, run cables inside the wall where the wall allows, and use slim or recessed mounts so the screen sits close to the wall.

Motorized mounts suit living rooms and bedrooms where the screen should drop from the ceiling, rise from a cabinet or swing out only when needed.

Luxury Retail and Lobbies

Shoppers stand close to screens in luxury stores, so we use fine pitch (P1.2 to P1.9) or COB LED with a hard, wipeable surface that copes with hands and trolleys.

Protecting Finishes and Following Building Rules

We cover floors, protect stone and joinery, and drill only where the drawing says. Residential towers usually need a permit from building management before work starts, and we arrange it with you.

Approvals Handled by Us

We handle the approvals ourselves: RTA, Municipality and any other government approval a screen needs, when one is required. The agency or government fee is charged on top, at cost, exactly as the agency or government sets it.

Pixel Pitch Guide

Rule of thumb: the closest comfortable viewing distance in metres is about the pixel pitch in millimetres. If people need to read small text or see fine detail, plan for two to three times that distance.

Questions From Downtown Dubai Clients

Can you hide all the cables?

In most walls, yes. Where the wall cannot be opened we use slim trunking painted to match.

Do you install motorized TV mounts?

Yes: ceiling drop-down, cabinet lift and swing-out mounts.

Do I need permission from my building?

Most towers ask for a work permit before contractors start. We help you prepare it.
