Choosing Pitch, Size and Cabinets
Start with where people stand. The closer they are, the smaller the pixel pitch needs to be, and the higher the cost per square metre. A lobby wall seen from 3 m does not need the pitch of a boardroom wall seen from 1.5 m.
Cabinet size sets the final screen size. Common fixed cabinets are 640 x 480 mm and 500 x 500 mm indoors, and 960 x 960 mm outdoors, so we work out the nearest size that fits your wall and keeps a clean 16:9 or custom ratio.
Ask for front service if the wall sits flat against a building wall. Modules come off from the front with a magnetic tool, so no service gap is needed behind the screen.

Questions About LED Video Walls
What size LED video wall do I need?
Measure the wall, then think about the farthest viewer: a common guide is that the screen height should be about one sixth of the distance to the back row. We confirm the final size against the cabinet grid during the site survey.
Can an LED video wall run 24 hours a day?
Yes, if it is specified for it. We plan ventilation, run brightness at a sensible level and choose components rated for continuous use, which is common for control rooms and airports.
What do I need to provide before installation?
A clear wall or structure, a power point sized for the screen, and access for our team and equipment. We send the exact power and data needs after the design stage.
Can you play content from my laptop or from the cloud?
Both. The controller takes HDMI from a laptop or media player, and we can add a player that schedules content over the network.
Do you install outdoor LED video walls as well?
Yes. Outdoor walls use brighter, weather-sealed cabinets and usually need a steel structure and approvals, which we handle. See our outdoor LED screens page for details.
