Planning a Project Outside Our Base

Abu Dhabi is a longer drive from our Naif shop, so we plan the site survey to collect everything in one visit: measurements, wall or structure, power, data, access routes and viewing distances. That avoids repeat trips that slow the job down.

For installation, we plan the crew, tools and spares to arrive together, and agree working hours with the site in advance.

Government and Large Buildings

We work closely with government departments, including DED, courts, stadiums and airports. Sites like these usually need method statements, safety documents and named staff before work starts, and we prepare them as part of the job.

Large indoor walls in halls and terminals often run all day, so we specify cabinets, cooling and brightness for long running hours.

Approvals in Abu Dhabi

Outdoor screens and facade screens usually need approval from the Municipality and, in some locations, other authorities. We prepare the drawings and handle the application.

Agency and government fees are charged on top, at cost, as the authority sets them. We tell you which approvals your location needs after the survey.

Heat, Sand and Long Hours

Outdoor screens in open areas face strong sun, heat and dust. We specify IP65 sealing on the front, 6,000 nits or more for direct sun, ventilation behind the cabinets and safe cleaning access.
