CCTV and Security Systems for Villas, Communities and Factories
A CCTV system records and shows what happens around your property, on screens on site and on your phone. We design and install CCTV cameras, recorders, access control and intercoms for villas, residential communities, offices, warehouses and factories across the UAE, with the cabling, network and monitoring screens done by the same team.

Where We Install CCTV
Typical projects we plan and install.
Villas and Homes
Cameras on the gate, parking, entrances and garden, with live view on your phone.
Residential Communities and Buildings
Gate, lobby, car park and perimeter cameras watched from one guard room.
Factories and Warehouses
Wide coverage of yards, loading bays and stores, with night vision on the perimeter.
Offices, Shops and Clinics
Entrance, cash and stock coverage, with door access for staff.
Cameras, Recording and the Rules
Start with what each camera must see: a gate needs faces and number plates, a yard needs wide coverage, and a perimeter needs night vision. That decides the lens, resolution and position, so we mark every camera on a site plan before quoting.
Recordings are stored on a network video recorder. Many commercial premises in Dubai fall under the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) rules, which set camera coverage and how long recordings are kept, so we check what applies to your site and size the storage to match.
Cameras run on PoE network cabling, so one cable carries power and video. We label every camera, set up phone viewing, and hand over the passwords, the camera map and a short training for your team.
Before We Quote
- Photos or a drawing of the wall, ceiling or room
- Rough size and where people will sit or stand
- Where power and data are today
- When the site is free for installation
Not sure? Book a site survey and we will measure everything for you.
How We Deliver It
From your first message to years after handover. One team, seven steps, and you always know what happens next.
- 1
Call or Chat
Tell us what you need by phone, WhatsApp or chat. One person takes your project from here.
- 2
Site Visit and Measuring
We visit, measure the wall or structure, check power and access, and take photos.
- 3
Design and Mockup
You get a drawing of the screen on your wall, the pitch and size, and a clear quote.
- 4
Approvals Handled
If the screen needs RTA, Municipality or other approval, we file it. Fees are charged at cost.
- 5
Installation
Our own team fixes the structure, cabinets or mounts and hides the cabling, nights and weekends if needed.
- 6
Switch-On and Handover
We switch it on with you, calibrate colour and brightness, and show your team how it works.
- 7
Care After Handover
Maintenance, spare modules and a phone that is answered 24/7.
Questions About CCTV and Security
How many CCTV cameras does a villa need?
Most villas need roughly 6 to 12: gate, parking, entrances, garden and any blind corners. We walk the site and mark each camera on a plan.
Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phones and show you how to watch live and play back recordings.
Do commercial sites need approved CCTV in Dubai?
Many do. Commercial premises can fall under SIRA rules for camera coverage and recording. We check what applies to your site and design to it.
Do you install access control and intercoms?
Yes. Door access, video intercoms and gate control can run on the same network as the cameras.
Can you add cameras to an existing system?
Often yes, if the recorder supports them. We check the brand, model and free channels first.
