TV Installation and Screens in Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is high-rise apartments, hotels and waterfront restaurants. We mount TVs on gypsum and block walls in apartments, fit outdoor-rated screens for balconies and terraces, and install sound for restaurants, choosing fixings and products for humid sea air.

Apartment Walls Are Not All the Same

Many Marina apartments have gypsum partition walls next to block or concrete walls. A heavy TV on gypsum needs fixings into the studs or a backing plate; on block it needs the right anchors. We check the wall before we drill.

Balconies, Terraces and Sea Air

A normal TV on a balcony will not last. Outdoor screens need a weather-rated display, enough brightness for shade or sun, and stainless or coated fixings that cope with humid, salty air.

For restaurant terraces we plan screen angles away from direct sun and add weather-rated speakers on separate volume zones.

Tower Logistics

Towers usually require a work permit and a booked service lift. We arrange timings with the building so the job is done in one visit where possible.

Approvals Handled by Us

We handle the approvals ourselves: RTA, Municipality and any other government approval a screen needs, when one is required. The agency or government fee is charged on top, at cost, exactly as the agency or government sets it.

Pixel Pitch Guide

Rule of thumb: the closest comfortable viewing distance in metres is about the pixel pitch in millimetres. If people need to read small text or see fine detail, plan for two to three times that distance.

Questions From Dubai Marina Clients

Can you mount a large TV on a gypsum wall?

Often yes, by fixing into the studs or adding a backing plate. For very heavy screens we may suggest a different wall or a floor stand.

Can I put a TV on my balcony?

Yes, with an outdoor-rated display and corrosion-resistant fixings. A normal indoor TV is not suitable.

Do you handle the building permit?

We help you prepare it and book the service lift with the building.
