Hotel TV Installation: How to Plan a Rollout

A hotel TV project is a logistics job as much as an installation. Hundreds of rooms must be finished on time, every TV must look the same, and guests must not notice the work. We have installed TVs in hundreds of hotels across Dubai and the UAE, typically 500 to 1,000+ TVs per hotel project, and the same steps make every rollout go smoothly.

Standards Before Speed

The survey sets the rules for each room type: TV size, bracket type, centre height, and where power and HDMI or data points sit behind the screen. With one standard per room type, every team installs the same way and the finished rooms match.

No Guest Disruption

We plan with housekeeping and the front office, close a block of rooms, finish it and hand it back the same day or night. Noisy work such as drilling is scheduled for times the hotel chooses. The company works 24/7, so night shifts are normal for us.

Hotel Mode and Content

Hotel TVs are usually set to a hotel mode: a fixed welcome channel, locked settings and a volume limit. If the hotel uses a central system for channels or casting, we set every TV to work with it and test each room before handover.

Branded Products and One Team

We supply branded TVs and brackets for every requirement and install with our own team, so one company answers for the products, the work and the schedule.

Questions About Hotel TV Installation: How to Plan a Rollout

How many hotel rooms can you install in a day?

It depends on the room layout, wall build and access. After the survey and the sample room, we give a programme with a daily number of rooms.

Can you work while the hotel is open?

Yes. We work floor by floor around occupancy, at night where needed, and hand rooms back quickly.

Do you supply the TVs or only install them?

Both. We supply branded TVs and brackets, or install TVs the hotel has bought.

Do you also do lobby screens and meeting rooms?

Yes: LED walls and digital signage for lobbies, video walls, projectors and audio for meeting rooms and ballrooms.
